We were looking for a new refrigerator for our home. We went to all other places in town and then came to genuine appliance. The knowledge of the salesman I believe his name was Keith who is also an owner was phenomenal and left us with no questions to ask. We loved that the refrigerator was plugged in that way we could see what it looked like while it was running. He was wonderful! We did leave and go to another location but then immediately came back to genuine appliance because the quality and also the knowledge of the salesman just was profound. We ordered the refrigerator on Saturday and they delivered it on Tuesday. The two men that delivered it were so careful and conscientious and knowledgeable about the product and did a great job installing it. Believe me the next time I need an appliance we will go to genuine appliance first not last!! Thank you for all that you did and making that purchase enjoyable for us!

A relative recommended this place, and I'm so glad they did. We needed a new microwave, and Colten, the manager was more than helpful and very knowledgeable about every little detail. We got the microwave and asked about washers and dryers. Colten told us about different features of several sets. We'll be back, and I'll recommend Genuine Appliance to anyone.
