It has been a week since I've had this and I am so happy with this purchase. I like to keep everything well organized so I can quickly find items, the refrigerator and freezer allows me to do that. The adjustable shelves & large door bins, the folding shelf and the slide under shelf are so beneficial. I use the snack zone compartments to store meats and cheeses from the deli. I love the custom flex zone which I am using for a freezer. The flex zone and the freezer have good size bins, slide out drawers, and door bins which are great for organizing food products. There is a lot more room in both the fridge and freezer then I thought there would be. The noise level is also good since our home is open concept. It's also a pretty appliance. A very good purchase.

We have had this refrigerator for about a month. We have been with happy with all of its features, particularly the compartment which can be set for either refrigeration or freezing. It is a bit noisy, because it runs continuously. This is normal, according to the owner™™s manual. However, it does take some getting used to.

The Flex Compartment is a game changer, having a Type 1 Diabetic Son, this has become his compartment for storing all his insulin. It™™s a good fridge!Closes easily and quietly, large drawers in the fridge and freezer. Cons are that I can™™t use all the door storage things because basic sauces won™™t fit. Also the ™snack™ drawers are barely tall enough to fit a block of cream cheese and are weirdly deep (I would of rather had one longer one that was shallow) Ice takes a bit but I™™ve also only had the fridge a week and use ice a lot so it hasn™™t had a chance to get truly full (at least that™™s what I™™m telling myself)

Off to a good start. Solid temp-keeping per settings and ice maker/water dispenser functionality are basic expectations of 'fridge performance that our prior unit wasn't reliably accomplishing. Hopeful we've landed on a long-term winner here. Like the features of this 'fridge. Freezer is bigger than expected - the shelves and drawers support far better organization than our old, big drawer model. Love the 4-door setup.

Extremely Disappointed, Terrible Customer Service - Four Weeks Without a Working Fridge

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator less than a year ago and it™™s been a nightmare. On April 24, 2025 the freezer stopped cooling, followed by the fridge. It™™s still under manufacturer warranty, but that hasn™™t made a difference. It took a full week just to get a technician out. Parts were supposed to arrive before our May 13 appointment, but they never did, neither did the technician.I called customer service repeatedly, only to be assured things were on track (they weren™™t). A different tech came on May 14, re-diagnosed the same issue, and ordered the same parts. Frigidaire refused to expedite shipping, so we waited again. When the parts finally arrived and were installed, the fridge still didn™™t work.It™™s now been four weeks without a refrigerator and no meaningful resolution in sight. Between the delays, miscommunication, and lack of urgency, this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I™™ve ever had. Avoid Frigidaire, buy from a company that stands behind its products.

Faulty Equipment Bad Warranty Service - Still Not Fixed

The part needed to repair my refrigerator was never ordered after the initial technician visit. This has been over 2 week already without a working refrigerator and living out of a cooler. I discovered this myself after following up when no repair had been scheduled. Over several days, I called Electrolux customer service daily and spoke to multiple representatives, explaining that I was leaving town on May 20 and that the repair needed to be completed before then.Despite assurances, multiple representatives failed to take proper action or follow through:™ Day 1: I was told the part had not been ordered, despite it being two weeks since the service visit. I asked for it to be expedited and was told 2™3 days would be enough time. This call took 45 minutes.™ Day 2: I called again for an update. They said the part was ™on a truck™ but not delivered. Another expedited request was submitted with a note that it must be installed by May 20. I was promised a same-day callback. This took another 35 minutes.™ Day 3: I received an email stating my repair was scheduled for May 23 ™" after my departure. I called again and explained (for the third time) that this would not work. The rep said she™™d talk to a supervisor and call me back. I provided both my work and cell numbers ™" I received no call.™ That evening, I called again and spoke to another rep who had no record of any of my previous calls. She told me the only option was to reschedule the appointment myself via the link in the email. I again asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied multiple times. When the rep finally agreed, she placed me on hold for over 20 minutes, and no one ever came back. I ultimately had to hang up.At no point during this process has Electrolux or Frigidaire taken accountability or provided appropriate support. I have lost time, incurred expenses for ice and a cooler to preserve food, and I still do not have a working refrigerator.Additional Context:When the technician originally visited, he also stated that he was not confident that the part he ordered would resolve the issue. He said there is a possibility that the real problem is with the electronic control board, which would require a separate part, leading to another delay. In other words, even if the part now being expedited is installed, I may be back at square one ™" waiting weeks again for another part to be ordered and installed.

I love this Frigidaire 4 door French fridge with water, ice, and crushed ice in the door. I also like that the bottom small door can be used in multiple ways. I chose to use it as a freezer. The freezer doors have lights when opened and so does the ice, water dispenser. Really happy with this purchase. Highly recommend. Oh, and it's fingerprint free!!! and doesn't have handles, ridges to open all doors.

I purchased this refrigerator to match the rest of my kitchen appliances. But, I didn™™t know that both filters needed to be replaced every 6 months $100+calculate how much per year. It makes a lot of noise all the time. And customers service is the worse. My refrigerator was delivered and installed and I didn™™t know they didn™™t install the filters and Frigidaire said it™™s not their problem because I didn™™t buy it directly from them™¦ but, is their product. Be aware of this things before buying.

It's difficult to evaluate this refrigerator because I'm on my third one inside of six weeks. The first unit was delivered and installed; the freezer completely failed after two days and then the refrigeration compartment failed on day six or seven. Lowe's/Frigidaire weren't able to dispatch a repair tech, so Lowe's offered to order us a replacement. Spoiled food and another 3 week wait. Unit two was installed, but 4 of the 5 interior LED lights weren't working (and they don't appear to be easily replacable/serviceable by the end user). Lowe's immediately offered to replace the entire unit again, which they did after two-three weeks. Now two weeks in on unit three, everything seems to be working fine, and I'd give the working unit a solid 4 stars out of five, but I can't overlook the quality control that led to two defective units being sent to us. On the plus side, I like the smaller ice cubes better than the half-moon shaped ice that many refrigerators make. One nitpick/design issue: The lower left-hand drawer is slightly wider that the left hand door opening. So while it may appear in photos that you could fully open that drawer by opening the left side door only, that's not the case.

I love the bright lights, the ice maker that has a different shape of ice, the little side area that can be a fridge or freezer. The water and ice features in the door work very well. I really like the versatility of moving door shelves around and adjusting the shelves in the fridge. I do feel like the snack drawers are too shallow. I can't fit much in there and I don't really care for the sliding shelf in the freezer. Things fall off the back, but it can be taken out and then I have more room in the drawer.

This is a great refrigerator for smaller families that like the versatility of changing the temperature of one of the bottom sections so it can be a fridge or freezer. The refrigerator has plenty of space and the shelves are adjustable. The small drawers at the bottom of the main section are labeled snacks; they are slightly impractical given the shallow depth. One other design flaw is the inability to open the left crisper bin completely with the right French door shut. The refrigerator is sleek and contemporary with the lack of handles protruding into space.
