The lights went out and I could not find the push button for the lights. I then found a magnet on the floor. Since I could not get NO help from Frigidaire customer service(they are a TOTAL joke). The company I bought if from sent somebody out and we found out that the magnut came off the bottom of the door. I would not stay in so we taped it in and all works now.

We purchased a stand up chest freezer in February. It broke 1 month later. We have been trying to get it fixed/replaced since March. There is still no resolution in site after we have spent countless hours on the phone with this company and several days waiting for repair techs they schedule, but never show up. One finally did show up but they failed to fix it. The freezer was back up in the 40 degrees range and we have lost a ton of money on meat that we've put in this freezer. I thought Frigidaire was supposed to be a reliable company. Never again!

Great freezer but not came with non working interior light which I noticed but delivery person wasn't sure there was a light. Purchased the appliance from Home Depot and when I called they said to bring back the freezer and they would replace it, but I would have to hire a delivery truck to return it and another pay for another delivery with replacement Freezer. Call Frigidaire and they very helpful and sent a repairman to fix the light and it will be fixed on 6/16/25. My other concern is that both side of the doorhandle has what looks like chipped paint. I'm worried that in years to come this may lead to rust. I have attached pictures

We replaced a chest freezer that had been in the garage, also a Frigidaire, with this one. We needed more room. The other chest freezer was 25 years old and still running good. This one is bigger, quieter, and uses less power. I would recommend this one for anyone looking for a new freezer.

We've only had for 2 weeks or so. So far so good. It got to temp very quickly. Its quiet and the space is huge and plenty of shelves! The door has compartments as well along the whole door. The jacket at the bottom is nice too! Very happy with out choice. We will be investing in half a cow and this is the size of freezer that was recommended.

Wow, what a great model. I have always used chest freezers in the past and this model made me buy it. The space and door trays are big. I have always worried about the freeze leaking all out when the door opens but the whole wall freezer output takes care of this. Having the ability to see what is in the freezer is a breeze and there is no need to dig out top items to see what is below.. awesome.

Freezer looks great inside and out. I am concerned about durability with having glass shelves instead of wire racks but no issues so far. Freezer got down to temperature quickly when plugged in upon arrival and operation is relatively quiet. Items in the door do not freeze as hard. Freezer is working great so far in a hot garage in Texas.

We have only had our freezer for a week but so far we are very happy with it. We could have moved the food from our old freezer to this one after a few hours but waited about 20 hours after it was delivered just to be sure. It is very quit, lots of room, and has glass shelves that my wife likes because they are easy to clean. I will post a update next year if things change.

I highly recommend this freezer. It cools quickly and offers a lot of flexibility with the shelf placement. If you cook often like I do, you might find that an extra shelf comes in handy since the maximum weight limit of a shelf is 50Lbs.

This is my first freezer. I never thought i would by a separate stand alone freezer , but i am glad i did. It was loud at first but quite quiet the day after and on. I wasn™™t very impressed with the delivery because there wasn™™t a minor scratch on the lower right side and they said it came to them like that. They probably unwrapped it in the truck and accidentally scratched it. Although i didn™™t want to make a big deal as the freezer will have wears and tears in the long run, i was annoyed.. Wish there were more shelves and a temperature read outside.

This stand-up freezer is bigger and nicer than the Whirlpool I replaced. Nice glass shelves instead of wire ones are great if you need to freeze liquids. I would definitely recommend this freezer to anyone looking to add one to their garage or outdoor area.

I bought this freezer to replace my old freezer I'd had for 28 years. The old one was still working but was throwing out a lot of heat and why wait until it quit. This freezer is beautiful, runs quietly, and cooled down to temp upon set up within a few hours. The interior has four clear shelves and a basket at the bottom. It holds a lot of food and so far I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.
