Purchased my refrigerator in June of 2024. By October I noticed the freezer frosting over. A week later, on a weekend, the refrigerator/freezer stopped working. The business I purchased from had a repair man come on Monday but a replacement part needed to be ordered. That took a week. The repair man stated he has seen quite a few of this model with the same issue and the faulty part was corrected by the manufacturer. In the mean time, while waiting on the part, all of the food in my recently stocked refrigerator and freezer was bad and needed to be thrown away. I called the business I purchased it from and they asked that I call fridgidare. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who said it was not covered, even though it was a manufacturing defect, but she what she could do was send me the warranty showing me the hundreds of dollars of food was not covered. I thanked her and said that was not necessary and that I would NEVER purchase or recommend fridgidare again. Terrible appliance and even more terrible customer service. I am leaving a review where I can as well as Facebook to warn people about this experience.

I trust Frigidaire appliances. They last a long time. This model is efficient, and has enough inside space. I miss the freezer light as I had in old one. I added an ice maker and ice quality is great. Shelving is adequate, however the door shelves NOT being able to adjust levels, especially the bottom one is too low for me.

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in Feb-24. The freezer quit working after 2 months. It would just stop freezing and everything would thaw out, then occasionally it would start freezing again, but it would always quit working again. We had numerous items replaced under warranty, but the freezer still does not work. All Frigidaire wants to do is sell me an extended warranty for a refrigerator that doesn't work. I must say I have never dealt with a company that provided worse customer service than Frigidaire. From the customer service up, I have not been able to get any support. I will never buy an appliance from Frigidaire/Electrolux again in my life.

This refrigerator is simple in design but ample for either a family or college student. We did not select a water dispenser or ice maker due to our budget but there is plenty of room to add a portable water dispenser inside and ice trays work just fine. The Frigidaire brand appealed to us because of its reliability.

Bought this fridge for my garage to replace my old one that was 20 years old. This is perfect to hold my beer, soda, and overflow items from my kitchen fridge. The only thing I am not happy about is the glass shelves bow when weighed down from the weight of soda and water.

Cools very well and there is plenty of room in a 20 cubic foot size. I bought an upright Frigidaire freezer earlier this year and was satisfied so I decided to try a Frigidaire refrigerator. I give this product a 3 stars for the model lacking the ability for the doors to close when they are left open, even slightly. Most reputable models have an adjustment of the front legs to slightly slope back to close the doors by themselves. The so-called Complete User manual for this Fridigaire model does not address the issue. The customer service at Frigidaire said that the best thing they can do is to refer me back to the installers. The installer sent a second rep who said there was no adjustment. Poor, and pretty much ineffective, customer service from Frigidaire. They need more training for sure.

Great quality. The reason I chose this refrigerator is the long deli drawer. The doors also hold so much more than others, between milk, oj, and juice bottles along with my Britain™™s container it is fantastic. Only thing is when the delivery people pulled plastic off front some was left behind and hard to get off. No manual inside and no instructions on how to adjust shelves but that™™s where the internet help me.

Our first frigidaire had issues and was still under warranty. We worked with customer service and they decided it needed to be replaced. We WAITED over 2 months for it to be replaced and that was totally unacceptable. It was extremely difficult to be without a refrigerator for that long. Every time we reached out to customer service we got a song and a dance about when the new one would arrive. Extremely frustrating. The new fridge is working well though.

Set up was easy and the inside layout was well thought out. Even though the fridge has the same sf as my old, it seems to have more room on the inside. The black seems to clean up with little issues (residue, etc.) as well. Maybe a crinkle finish would have been even better to hide fingerprints?
