Solid Stove For The Money

This is a very basic no frills gas stove. It performs as expected and I like the long middle burner and bottom storage drawer. There are a few disappointing things worth mentioning.The oven light does not turn on automatically when the door is opened. You must use the switch in the control panel. Still new to me, I™™ve found myself on many occasions putting my hands into a dark oven.Another little annoyance is that the ™time of day clock™ is not displayed when the oven is on, only the oven temperature is displayed. On my previous oven I often used that clock as my cooking time reference.Lastly, the broiler is electric not gas! I read over the specs on the Home Depot listing for this stove and nowhere does it state this. I was totally surprise. I haven™™t broiled much so I can™™t comment on good or bad but unlike a gas broiler, it takes about 5 minutes to get up to temperature.None of these are deal breakers but had I known, I would have spent another $100 for a model without these flaws.

I really like our new gas range. The oven is well insulated so doesn't leak heat and is still large. However, the broil option doesn't really broil, barely gets hots and when you pour water on the bottom to steam clean it drips into the drawer below. The gas top is lovely. We kinda wish the middle oval burner was long enough for a full pancake skillet but it works. Also we noticed a constant ringing sound coming from the mechanism room.

This is my first time using a gas range and it has been really good. I love the setup on this range, how fast the oven heats up and how easy it is to clean. The oven works very well and has good, even heating. It performs better then the electric range I had and look forward to many years of use.

Range of average quality, nothing exciting. I called Frigidaire for technical support, but they refused to talk to me because I was only the homeowner and not a technician. I felt disappointed. I converted it to propane, gas, no big deal. The gas company wanted $290 to convert it but I did it myself and it took 20 minutes. DIY.

We love our new fridgaire gas range and especially the center oval that is a god send for use with skillets. It is easy to clean. It is getting harder to find ranges that don't connect to wifi and I don't need to spend extra money for features that I didn't need or want. Even baking good variety of burner sizes for all kinds of pots and skillets. Very happy with our purchase.

I have been using this range (baking, stovetop cooking, and broiling), for three weeks and I am well pleased with it's performance and love it's clean, sleek lines. I call her "Black Beauty" and she compliments my old-fashioned kitchen beautifully.The range was easy to install and it is easy to use. No bells or whistles on this range, just lots of simple control which takes the guessing out of cooking and baking. Did I mention how pretty she is? A well made appliance, I look forward to getting at least 15 years of successful cooking and baking from this Frigidaire appliance.

I upgraded from a 4-burner stove to a Frigidaire 5 burner stove. I thought I could live with just a plan 4 burner regular stove. Once I received my Frigidaire 5 burner it has made cooking a lot easier. I'm cooking more and even made pancake once or twice. This was a great investment for me.

We have had the stove for two weeks now. It works great. The big burner will boil water very quickly and the oven preheats very fast. The oven is also well insulated so the sides of the stove do not get hot.

I™™d give 5 stars but it™™s only 3 days old do I feel like five stars is premature. Maybe I can come back after 6 months. But the knobs work smoothly. Gas comes on easy. It™™s nice and shiny, black and beautiful. Not trying to get too dramatic or carried away but our last stove was a nightmare. It always smelled like gas when we turned it on and the knobs were hard to adjust. And we always got an F1 error having to hit the ™cancel™ button sometimes in the middle of the night. I love walking into the kitchen and seeing my new stove.
